Order Processing

• Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered.
• Standard items are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
• Customized or made-to-order items may require up to 10 business days for preparation prior to shipment.
• In certain situations, a piece may require additional production time to meet our quality standards. When this occurs, processing may be slightly extended to ensure proper craftsmanship and final inspection.
• Processing time does not include shipping time.
• Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).
• Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Production & Availability

• All Moiss Era jewelry is crafted and prepared with careful attention to detail.
• If an item requires additional production prior to shipment, delivery timelines will be calculated from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
• This approach allows us to maintain strict quality control standards and ensure that every piece meets our expectations before reaching you.

2. Express Shipping – Paid option available at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

• If a package is confirmed lost in transit after carrier investigation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
