Please note: Free shipping covers the applicable shipping service only. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered
Customized or made-to-order items may require up to 8 to 10 business days for preparation prior to shipment.
In certain situations, a piece may require additional production time to meet our quality standards. When this occurs, processing may be slightly extended to ensure proper craftsmanship and final inspection.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order enters production or customization, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

All Moiss Era jewelry is crafted and prepared with careful attention to detail.
If an item requires additional production prior to shipment, delivery timelines will be calculated from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
This approach allows us to maintain strict quality control standards and ensure that every piece meets our expectations before reaching you.

Standard Shipping – Free of charge. Estimated delivery time: 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping – Paid option available at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Please note: Processing time is additional to the shipping time.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit after carrier investigation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
